Inside View: How SEO Expert Develops His Own Successful Brand
Search engine optimization and branding... those two areas
may be connected more tight than you think. Read this post,
and you'll understand what I mean.
You will also find a gift hidden in the debris of this letter,
and plenty of food for your thoughts.
It is filled with unique information that you won't
be able to find anywhere else. And it could be crucial for your
business. So take your time to read and digest it, OK?
Currently I'm writing the book about the role of best branding
practices in the success of small businesses. And I discovered one
trend I would like to share with you. It appears that
businesses that play the "unique approach" card, the companies that
think out of the box, almost always do better than their
competitors that followed the traditional approach.
Let's suppose that the image established by the company after a
bold marketing campaign is different from the one that company
hoped to imprint in its customers mind. Even if that
happened and company was positioned from the unexpected angle, it
is still much more powerful marketing position than the attempt to
play the "me too" card. In short, it's much better to stand out
with the image of extravaganza, may be even be
perceived as a crazy company, than have no image at all.
Bottom line - uniqueness is memorable and play a huge role in the
brand recognition. For small businesses the leader of the company
quite often represents the substantial part of that company's
branding power.
Sure, for large corporations the image of the leader sometimes is
important part of the branding too. Michael Dell, Donald Trump,
Bill Gates - just a few examples where image of
the company is tightly interweaved with the name of it's leader.
But we know many large corporations that have no considerable
leader's name recognition attached to the company's image.
That doesn't work for small businesses. (BTW, "small business" is a
relative term. To remind you, the business is considered to be
small if its revenue doesn't exceed 50 million dollars
per year. If your business would produce such revenue, your income
would be much higher than that of chief officers in major
corporations).
Almost all successful small businesses, at least in internet
marketing arena, have a particular face attached to them. The
caveat is that we're able to recognize those brands
only after they already have been fully developed, so we never have
a chance to get a ticket to the "live show".
Don't you think it would be very useful for your business if you
could know in advance the name of the person who would develop his
brand to the rank of a star marketer? Wouldn't it be beneficial to
watch such person as he quickly develops the name recognition for
his brand? You could adopt some of his techniques in your own
business...
Today I'll show you the development of the successful small
business brand from the inside.
Meet Harald Anderson, the man whose name (and the brand) can soon
become the new internet marketing rave.
In my opinion, in order to become a successful brand, its not
enough for the person to just be an expert in the field. You have
to be the leader. Harald is definitely a leader type -
brilliant, well-educated, and gutsy, plus he's a gifted teacher.
His area of expertise is search engine optimization. There is only
one secret to having HUGE SUCCESS with the SEARCH ENGINES.
People think that there has to be something more complex....but I
can assure you that every SEO expert worth their weight in SALT
will agree that if you boil down all of the complexity
of the search engines into one sentence, there is only one secret
to generating huge volumes of traffic.
"GIVE THE WORLD SOMETHING TO CLICK ON!"
This phrase belongs to Harald...
At the beginning of this letter I promised you the gift, so here it
is. For the next few days Harald is giving away his free ebook on
traffic generation.
